Our apartment is very spacious and sleeps up to 5 people and 1 infant.A fold up cot/playpen is provided
There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms.
The main bedroom,shown on left is a double size with views from a small terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens The en-suite bathroom comprises of a shower cubicle, wc, And sink.
The 2nd bedroom (shown on right) is a king size bed which also converts to 2 single beds, This leads out onto the open terrace with superb panoramic views.Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, Bedside tables, lamps and patio doors.
The en-suite bathroom comprises of a bath,Overhead shower, Bidet and wc
Linen and towels are provided along with cot sheets and bedding.
The lounge, with the dining area to the rear, has direct access to the outside terrace which is where you'll probably spend most of your time when in the apartment.There is a duck filled 3 piece suite for your comfort along with tv, Satellite, Dvd player, And hi-fi cd player.The dining area has seating for 4.
The main covered terrace leads out from the patio doors in the lounge. Here you will find patio furniture with seating for 4.This is perfect for shaded relaxation. Adjoining is the outer terrace which leads into the bedroom and provides fabulous panoramic views of the sea.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you would expect including oven with hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and kettle.
The small utility room
adjoining the kitchen houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.A portable airer is also provided for drying items on the terrace if you wish.
You will also find a cooler box and ice blocks provided freely for your trips to the beach etc
The apartment is fully cleaned with fresh linen and towels provided,ready for your arrival.
As you can see by the photo's, The gardens and pools are maintained to the highest standard
Sun-loungers are available for all clients and owners of Bonita Hills. They are stored by the wooden Gazebo which is located near the pool, And a shower is also situated alongside the pool.
Further along the gardens there is also another pool which is also for your use.There are also toilets provided, discreetly tucked away in the lower gardens.
The views are especially stunning during the evening when the gardens are lit up.

The location of the apartment is ideal for accessing all attractions along the coast and is perfect for families, couples and golfers etc. There are many fine restaurants with a variety of cuisines, Miel Ya Nata being one of our favourites and is only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.A small supermarket is also here for any essentials. There are 3 large commercial centres incorporating larger supermarkets, shops, banks, newsagents and pharmacies etc Calahonda has all the amenities that the larger towns have to offer. For those who prefer beach activities, the apartment is only 2-5km from some of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. Cabopino has recently been made a natural monument with pristine dunes and clean sandy beaches.On the Calahonda beaches you will find jet-skies and facilities for sailing, balloon flights or cable skiing. Families with children will also have a wide range of things to do to choose from. The Agua Parks in Mijas and Fuengirola where wave pools, water slides, an adventure river and much more is on offer, such as Tivoli World, Zoo, Nature Park, Crocodile park, Wolf land and of course plenty of sandy beaches. For Winter Breaks, we are 2 hours drive away from the Sierra Nevada with peaks of 3000 ft high and a fabulous skiing area, yet you can return to Calahonda in January and enjoy mild temperatures up to 21 C. Few places can match the Costa Del Sol for world class tennis, sailing and golf.
