Residensol is situated in the most sought after residential area on the eastern side of Nerja within approx. 10/15mins walking distance to the town, and 5 mins from Burriana Beach.

The light and airy compact apartment comprising lounge equipped with Sky satellite 14” TV, foldaway dining table with chairs and double sofabed. The terrace leads directly from the lounge via French windows.

The kitchenette comprises electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.

The bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and the bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over.
Both bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

We are not restricted to Saturday changeover – all mid week arrivals are acceptable – subject to availability.
