Vacation Accommodation reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates or conditions will be applicable upon renewal for existing advertisers and immediately for new advertisers.

Vacation Accommodation does not guarantee the service to be "continuous" or error free and there may be periods of time when the service is unavailable for operational or other reasons. In no event shall Holiday Accommodation become liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.
