Use the links to the left of this page:- Search vacation-rentals or Search by Country where you can specify the number of persons the property needs to accommodate you can also search the Latest vacation-rentals which shows properties listed in the past month. When you see a property you think may be suitable you can click on the thumbnail photo or the link to see the full page advert for that property.

How do I get in touch with the properties owner or agent

You can contact the property owner using the contact link at the bottom of the properties listing page or you may use the phone number if shown. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly so the owner can get back to you.

How do I pay for a booking?

Vacation accommodation solely provides an advertising service and does not participate in the booking process. The booking payment and arrangements are made between you the renter and the property owners.

How do you keep the service free?

There are no fees or commissions to worry about, all we ask is that if you like this service you consider placing a link back to us from your own website.
Advertising from various sponsers is used throughout this site to cover the costs of providing the service.
There are no extra fees or commissions payable unless you require us to scan and upload pictures for you, in this case there is a charge of £5 per picture

How long does it take for my listing to go live

Your listing will go live as soon as it has been reviewed by one of our team we aim to review your listing within 24 hours. You can ask us for assistance at any time using the Contact Us page on the website or call 44 (0)870 199 8024 where a member of our team will be happy to guide you through the registration and listing process (weekdays between 9am and 5.30pm)

Adding Photos

The first Photo you upload will also be used as the listing thumbnail on the search page so we recommend you choose your best outside photograph of the property.
Photos should have a file size no larger than 20kb if your photos are bigger than 20kb you can download easy thumbnails software free at Foukes.com which will enable you to easily resize your photos for upload. We recommend you set the width and height in the easy thumbnails settings at 300px and the quality at 80%.
If you still have problems uploading your pictures you can send them in the mail together with the advert reference number to:

We can then scan these digitally for you and add them to your page(up to 4 photos per advert). Please enclose a stamped and addressed envelope if you would like these returning. We charge a £5 admin fee for each photo scanned which will be added to your listing fee.

Can I change the photos on my page or add more?

You can logon to your account at any point to add more photos or replace previous photos for your page. To replace a picture, just add a new picture to where the old picture was previously and this will over-write the previous image.

How do I select and deselect dates in my availability calendar?

You will first need to list your property on vacation accommodation. Next go to your member site panel click on View Your Ads then click the availability button on the advert. Next set the dates by clicking the dates in the left hand calendar. To delete bookings use the link at the top Delete Calendar Dates and simply click on the dates to remove from the availability calendar on the left hand calendar.

What if my property location isn't listed

If the location of your property isn't listed send a message through our contacts page requesting your location be added to the vacation-rentals. This will usually be completed within 24 hours.
